

Thank you for choosing JAMS Custom LLC. We specialize in custom-made products tailored specifically to your preferences. Because each order is uniquely created, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and returns.
Custom Orders
All of our products are made-to-order and personalized based on the specifications you provide. As such, we do not offer guaranteed refunds once an order has been approved and production has begun.
If JAMS has not begun production, a 25% restocking fee may be implemented if apparel has been ordered and the manufacturer charges to return.
Customer Satisfaction Commitment
While we cannot guarantee refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of receiving your item. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and, where possible, offer revisions, replacements, or other solutions to make things right.
Approval Process
Before production begins, we will provide proofs or drafts (if applicable) for your approval. Once you approve, the order is considered final and enters production. Please review all details carefully before giving final approval.
Exceptions
Refunds or partial credits may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:
Major production errors that deviate significantly from the approved proof.
Damage during shipping (with photo evidence within 3 business days of receipt).
Non-delivery due to an error on our end.
